Tortelloni with Ricotta and Spinach

Tortelloni with ricotta and spinach are a great classic. They are called “tortellacci” in our Apennines and we make them following the original recipe.

Ingredients: semolina durum wheat, bread wheat flour, egg, spinach, ricotta (milk, rennet, salt), grated bread, oil, salt, water.

Cooking time: 3-4 minutes
