Doremilia pasta is produced in keeping with recipes which have been handed down from one generation to the next in our families and then revamped to combine the pursuit of authentic flavours with the most sophisticated production techniques. Each type of pasta is a tiny cookery gem, containing a filling made only with genuine raw materials sourced locally in the Modenese Apennines. To produce Doremilia, our line of fresh and filled pasta, the first ingredient we use is our heart and our passion.
